How should I care for my MauveTree jacket?

Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Use a leather conditioner twice a year and a padded hanger to maintain its shape and finish for years to come.

Is your leather guaranteed to be authentic?

Absolutely. Every MauveTree jacket is crafted from 100% genuine animal hide (unless specified), carefully sourced and inspected for quality, ensuring authenticity and durability.

Why might the color look slightly different?

Screen displays vary, and natural lighting can affect how colors appear. Your jacket will match its description, with the beauty of genuine leather’s natural depth and richness.

What leather do you use?

Only 100% genuine animal hide (unless specified) — selected for its quality, texture, and durability. Each piece is unique, ensuring every MauveTree jacket carries its own character.

Can I choose the exact shade?

Because we use authentic hides, subtle variations in shade are natural. These nuances make every jacket distinct — a true mark of craftsmanship.

Will it look like the photos online?

Yes. The design, fit, and quality remain the same. Slight natural differences in tone or texture are part of the handcrafted charm.

What if I’m not satisfied with the color?

Our Return & Exchange Policy ensures you can exchange or return your jacket with ease. Your satisfaction is our priority.

How can I reach customer care?

Are there any shipping charges?

None. Worldwide shipping is complimentary on all orders.

Why was my payment declined? What should i do?

Your payment may have been declined due to any of the following reasons:

Incorrect billing address and phone number:
Make sure that the billing address listed in your account matches that associated with your payment method.

Credit card limit reached:
Check your credit card limit. You may have reached your daily or total credit card limit when we tried to charge your card. Try decreasing your daily spending limit or enter a new credit card with a higher credit limit.

Credit / Debit Card Number:
Make sure that the credit card or debit card number is correct and up-to-date.

Credit / Debit Card Expiration date:
Review the expiration date on your credit card or debit card. If your card expired, update your credit card or debit card information.

Which countries do you ship to?

We accept and ship orders to all countries except Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC-sanctioned countries.

Does free shipping includes customs, tax and duties?

All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any charges incurred at customs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office for these costs before purchase.

Can you ship to APO or PO Box adresses?

We ship through Express Deliveries including DHL, FedEx, and unfortunately, they do not accept APO, FPO or PO box addresses.

How can i track my the delivery of my shipment?

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it. Please email us with your order number, and we will provide you with a link to track your parcel.

Can i change my shipping address, after I've placed the order?

The change of the shipping address depends on your order’s current status. If your order status is anything other than shipped, you can contact us at contact@mauvetree.com and let us know the new address. We’ll take the necessary steps to change the address for you.

In case your order has been shipped, we would suggest you to contact the courier company with your order’s tracking details and request them the change of address.

What should i do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, feel free to write us at contact@mauvetree.com

I love a product, but I'm unsure which size will fit me perfectly?

You can view our “Size Chart” to know your size.

Still, if you have any problems regarding the size, no worries. You can leave us a message that you’re unsure about the size at contact@mauvetree.com and our support agent will assist you in getting a perfectly fitted jacket.

Do you make big and tall size?

To ensure a good fit, all big and tall size customers are requested to place a “custom size” order from the size options.
